The following structure for Internship would be followed
1.    Mentors and Supervisors would be allocated

3.    All projects would be individual or few group projects
4.    Internship would be linked to the outcomes of value-added/skill- development/ability enhancement.

Objective: To assess students' understanding of Managerial Skill Development and their ability to apply these concepts to real-world scenarios.

Project: Time Management Improvement Plan   
Objective: The primary objective of this project is to enhance time management skills within an organization by implementing a structured plan.

Assignment 2: Managerial Skill Development 
Objective: To assess students' understanding of Managerial Skill Development and their ability to apply these concepts to real-world scenarios. 

Project: Team Management Enhancement Plan. 
Objective: The objective of this project is to improve team management practices within an organization by implementing strategies to enhance team cohesion, communication, performance, and overall effectiveness.
