Assignment 1: Gender politics, diversity and inclusion
Objective: To assess students' understanding of Gender politics, diversity and inclusion and their ability to apply these concepts to real-world scenarios.

Project: Navigating Gender Politics and Diversity: Impacts, Challenges, and Solutions 
Objective: To analyze the impact of gender politics on societal norms and policies. 

Assignment 2: Gender Politics, diversity and inclusion
Objective: To assess students' understanding of Gender politics, diversity and inclusion and their ability to apply these concepts to real-world scenarios.

Project: The Impact of Gender Politics, Diversity, and Inclusion at Salesforce 
Objective: This case study evaluates Salesforce’s approach to gender politics, diversity, and inclusion by examining how gender-related issues and initiatives have shaped the company's policies and practices. It assesses the effectiveness of Salesforce’s diversity programs, including hiring goals and employee resource groups, and their impact on workforce composition and organizational performance. Additionally, it investigates the outcomes of Salesforce’s inclusion strategies, such as mentorship programs and flexible work arrangements, on employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational culture. Through this comprehensive analysis, the study highlights how Salesforce’s commitment to these areas has influenced its reputation, employee satisfaction, and business success.
