EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING MASTERY

Executive Leadership Coaching Mastery is a hands-on, scenario-driven program that develops the ten core capabilities senior leaders and internal/external coaches need to lead, decide, and influence at the executive level. Instead of passive theory, learners run real coaching conversations, decision simulations, negotiations, and feedback sessions — building both the coaching skillset and the leadership judgement it develops in others. The course treats leadership coaching as a portfolio of interconnected skills: knowing which model fits a given moment — a tense negotiation, a fragile team, a career crossroads — and how to move a real client or leader from insight to action. Who This Course Is For • Internal coaches, HR business partners, and L&D leads • External or aspiring executive coaches building a structured, model-based coaching practice. • Senior managers and executives who want to sharpen their own leadership capability • HR and talent teams designing leadership development
